By downloading, installing, or using Pipeta ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
Free Version
The free version of Pipeta is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. You may use it on any number of devices you own.
Pro Version
Pipeta Pro is a one-time purchase that grants you:
- A perpetual license to use all Pro features
- Free updates for the lifetime of the product
- The ability to use the app on up to 3 devices you own
The license is non-transferable and for individual use only. Business/team licenses may be available upon request.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or license information
- Share, sell, or redistribute your license key
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pipeta Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at rros00+pipeta@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
